This Google document delivered program will look like the images shown above. The program features periodized phases for power, strength, and recovery, a progress-tracking page for your goals such as one-rep maxes and aerobic achievements, and daily workout pages with notes and video links for each exercise. Structured programming, nutrition advice, constant checkins, periodization and progressive overload will lead you to your goals!
