This program is designed for small groups of athletes and sports enthusiasts, offering 2-3 sessions per week in our elite Santa Barbara studio. Justin will create and oversee a personalized strength and conditioning plan for your athlete. This program focuses on speed, strength, conditioning, injury prevention, and long-term growth and sustainability. The program uses periodization and progressive overload techniques to enhance athletic performance and minimize injury risk. Paramount importance is placed on sustainable improvement through correct technique and injury prevention so that your athlete can compete in the sport they love.
